These Terms of Service are being finalized. The summary below describes how PML Base is intended to be used during Early Access and will be replaced by the complete terms before general availability. Please check back for updates.

1. What PML Base is

PML Base is a software platform that helps private money lenders organize and track their lending activity. PML Base is not a lender, loan broker, bank, law firm, accounting firm or licensed loan servicer, and does not act on your behalf in any lending transaction.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your loan documents, compliance with applicable lending laws and licensing requirements, your servicing obligations, tax and accounting treatment, and for verifying all calculations, balances and records generated in or entered into the platform.

3. Subscriptions

PML Base is offered on a subscription basis with plan limits (such as active loans and users) described on the pricing page. Billing periods, upgrades, cancellation and any Founding Member pricing conditions will be described in the final subscription terms.

4. Early Access

PML Base is currently offered in Early Access. The platform is functional and in use, and it continues to be actively developed. Features may be added, changed or improved over time.
